How does my comment card get created?
Simply send us your existing comment card if you have one or select from one of our sample cards. We can customize any comment card to make sure it meets your exact needs.
Can I just send you my paper comment card?
Yes absolutely, you can send us your paper comment card and we will set it all up for you in the system and enable it for your website. Simply fax us your comment card to 877-833-7375.
Do I need any technical skills to setup my comment card?
No technical skills are needed. If your PC is connected to the Internet, you can use CommentCards.com. It’s that simple.
How much does your program cost?
We have made great efforts to ensure our comment card service makes sense for even the smallest of businesses. We offer a few different programs and you can check out our pricing by clicking on the pricing tab above.
How does the free emailing to my customers work?
We also operate an email marketing company and have all the resources in house to send out your comment card link. You simply send us your email list, we load it up onto our email servers and send your past customers your personal message with the link to your comment card. You can send us your client list in an Excel format.
How do I pay for my CommentCards.com account?
We have established secured credit card processing with PayPal. Your credit card will be automatically billed monthly for the service. Anytime you want to cancel, just let us know and your credit card will no longer be charged.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
With CommentCards.com there are no contracts to sign and there are no long term commitments. You can start now and cancel at anytime. No strings attached!
How do I log into my CommentCards.com user account to view my reports?
As soon as we have set up your comment card and have provided you with your unique link, we will also establish your user account. Your will use your user account to view updated reports and information.
What if I forget my user name and/or password?
Simply contact our support department and we will email you your user name and password as needed. We will ask you for a security question to validate you.
How will I when I have new updates to my account?
Our system will automatically send you an alert email to let you know that your new reports have been posted or that you have new information in your account.
Can I modify my comment card once it has been created?
You can always change your comment card once it has been developed. Depending on the extent of your change, you may be charged a nominal administrative fee. We will always let you know in advance off course if there will be a charge.
